Minimum-Permission Scopes
Allios follows a least-privilege principle when connecting to Google Photos. We only request the permissions necessary to perform the actions you’ve chosen — such as viewing, uploading, or managing albums.

Typical Connect Flow
- User selects “Connect Google Photos” from their Allios dashboard.
- Allios redirects to the official Google OAuth consent screen.
- User reviews requested scopes and grants access.
- Allios securely stores a refresh token in an encrypted format.
- Users can now upload, browse, or share albums directly inside Allios.
Security & Data Handling
All tokens are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Media files remain in Google Photos — Allios does not duplicate or permanently store them. Tenant separation ensures that photos of one business cannot be accessed by another.
User Controls & Revocation
At any time, you can revoke Allios’ access to your Google Photos via: Google Account Permissions . Once revoked, Allios immediately loses access to your photo library.

Allios needs access to your Google Photos library to help you upload, manage, and share albums within your organization. We will never share your photos with third parties without your consent.
